The Aruu South County MP, Christopher Komakech has claimed that Dr. Kizza Besigye’s decision to go on hunger strike points to someone who is suicidal and battling mental illness, and he urged Besigye’s lawyers and family to ensure that he receives medical help from the psychiatrists.
