There are some officers of the #UPDF, both senior and junior, who respect the rule of law, and we salute and acknowledge them. However, there are also senior and junior #UPDF officers who completely disregard the law. Some of them have threatened to behead leaders in this country, to hang others, and even refer to some of their colleagues as buffoons. I hope you take the time to assess yourselves on the misuse of power demonstrated by some of these senior officers. – Rt. Hon. Joel Ssenyonyi
