Deputy Attorney General, Jackson Kafuuzi has refuted accusations of dodging to respond to an earlier question raised on the abduction and trial of Dr. Kizza Besigye at the court martial by Atkins Katusabe (Bukonjo West), saying that he faced hard time understanding Katusabe’s English which he speaks with a heavy American accent, and he is still waiting for the written question from the Clerk of Parliament’s office.
