100 Indian Nationals Rescued from traffickers in Uganda

The anti Human trafficking police at the immigration department in the ministry of internal affairs has rescued 100 Indians from a suspected Indian human trafficker.
The 100 Indians have been rescued from Tip Tone Hotel Muyenga where they have been staying for 3 months awaiting a clearance from their fellow Indian who brought them to Uganda as a transit route to South Africa for purported employment yet not.
On a tip off from a concern citizen, officials from the immigration department and the anti human tracking unit have stormed the Hotel but have been shocked to be told that the prime trafficker only identified Jayesh Domalia Alias Vijay Sharma a fellow Indian is on the run.
The deputy national coordinator against human trafficking internal affairs Agnes Igoye explains.
The 100 Indians now being taken care off at the ministry of internal affairs have however told us that they are hungry because the hotel could no longer give them food since what their trafficker paid for already expired.
It’s that the coordinator of the police anti human trafficking unit at the ministry of internal affair Moses Binoga is advising Ugandans to be very vigilant and fight human trafficking.
