Speaker of Parliament directs Minister Tubwebaze to appear in Parliament .

The Speaker of Parliament has directed the Minister of Presidency Frank Tumwebaze to appear in parliament and explain the status of the KCCA Amendment Bill.
Budadili West MP Nathan Nandala Mafabi opposes that the Bill was taken over by events , there is no reason why government is waitng for a report from the Legal committee of Parliament .
Mafabi says the Lord Mayor and the councillors were nominated , it makes no meaning for government to insist that the Legal Commitee has not yet completed the report.
The angry Kadaga has told parliament that Frank Tumwebaze is been absenting himself since this Bill was tabled in parliamner up to date , he must appear tomorrow to make a statement on this Bill .
