HIV/Aids patients in the remote
Bukedea district have been grappling
with accessing Anti-retroviral Clinics.
In order to improve HIV/AIDS
treatment in Bukedea district, Baylor-
Uganda in partnership with the
American Government has
constructed a new anti-retroviral
therapy clinic in the district.
In the past, more than 870 HIV/AIDS
patients were flocking Bukedea
Health Centre IV everyday for HIV
treatment but due to limited facilities
many were not attended to.
