The Muslim community in Uganda celebrates Eid
Aduha today.
The national prayers are to be held at the
Headquarters of Uganda Muslim Supreme Council
in Old Kampala.
Eid Aduha is the second of two religious holidays
celebrated by Muslims worldwide each year. It
honors the willingness of Ibrahim to sacrifice his
son, as an act of submission to God’s command.
