MP Mpuuga hits back at Mao

Masaka Municipality MP Mathias Mpuuga has hit back at DP president Norbert Mao who criticized SUUBI Group for not representing Buganda cause yet they allegedly came into parliament claiming to fight for Buganda interests.

Mpuuga responded to Mao’s counter accusations during an interview at Bulange Mengo after his meeting with the Katikkiro.

He says that he is so concerned that he has not yet able represented the Kingdom interests as claimed by Mao saying that it’s in his interest for Mao to show his contribution both in Gulu and Buganda but advised him to consider responding to the issues which are being put before him regarding the progress of the party.

He has warned Mao against ill talk where he speaks without knowledge to an extent of speaking ill against the Kabaka of Buganda claiming that he is a beggar because Buganda is not as badly off as Acholi land.
