Minister Byandala released on court Bail.

The Minister without Portfolio Eng.Abraham Byandaala has been granted bail by the Anti Corruption court this morning.
Byandaala also member of parliament for katikamu North has been released together with his four colleagues in Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA)
The five were remanded last week to Luzira Prison last week for causing financial loss to tax payers money after they awarded a contract to a fake company to construct the Mukono Katosi Highway.
Justice Julius Borole granted bail to Byandala after paying a 10m shs cash bail and also asked him to deposit his passport.
Three people including Kabula County Mp James Kakooza stood surety for Byandala and they were asked to commit themselves to a 100m non cash bail.
Byandala and the other four return to court on the 11th August 2015.
