Minister Byandala charged afresh.

The Minister without portfolio Abraham Byandala has today been charged afresh before the Anti-Corruption Court with charges relating to the theft of 24 billion shs meant for construction of Mukono -Katosi road.

Byandala with 5 other people including officials from the Uganda National Roads Authority(UNRA) have been appearing  before Justice Lawrence Gidudu and denied the several changes relating to corruption, abuse of office conspiracy and forgery among others.

Presiding judge Lawrence Gidudu has fixed hearing of the case for 1st March.
