Jacob Oulanyah, has described the
performance of the current crop of
legislators as lacklustre.
Oulanyah who doubles as the Omoro
County MP wants the lawmakers
coming to the 10th Parliament to be
more disposed to carrying out
research before debating issues in
the plenary.
