Government on the spot over huge NWSC debt

The government owes National Water and Sewerage Corporation billions of shillings raked up during the past few years.

National Water and Sewage Cooperation officials made the  disclosure while appearing before the  Parliamentary Committee on Natural Resources to discuss its 2015/2016 budget.
