Bwera court Grade One Magistrate, Justine Odokonyero dies over a boda boda accident that happened about a week ago in Gulu where he had gone to visit his family.

According to the Chief Registrar Paul Gadenya, the deceased’s head was badly hit that he could not be transported to Kampala in an ordinary ambulance, they had to airlift him to Mulago and he was admitted in the Intensive Care Unit.

Gadenya also revealed that the magistrate had not even earned his first salary because he was among the recently recruited Grade One magistrates.
