Police detectives attached to our office have today arrested Mr. Kimanya Simon Wanyakala from Isingiro where he has been in hiding after allegedly murdering his wife Viola Kakai, a Midwife at International Hospital Kampala (IHK) on the fateful night of 1st August, 2020.
