A Rwandese who stole a Bottle of Wine Sentenced By Buganda Road Court

A Rwandese National who stole a bottle of wine and hid it in her waist is sentenced to 3hours of community service at Buganda road court.
Ntezukobagira Maline a resident of Kigali Town was arrested at MEGA STANDARD Super Market on Monday2nd , and produced before Buganda road court grade one magistrate Joan Aciro from where she pleaded guilty to theft charges, and was remanded to luzira till today for sentencing.
Court heard that on 28.October.2015 Ntezukobagira went to the said Super Market on Button Street in Kampala and pretended to buy some items but as she was passing in the detector to get out; it made a strange noise that forced security to ask her to go back into the Super Market .
As she walked back the wine bottle worth 180,000shs fell from her waist, hit and injured her left leg and broke; she was arrested and escorted to Central Police Station.
She has been ordered to scrab the dirty walls surrounding the gate of the court.
