5 Task force members disown Mbabazi.

Three MPs have distanced themselves from
Independent presidential candidate, Amama
Mbabazi’s national task force a day after its launch.
Retired Church of Uganda Bishop of Soroti
Diocese, Charles Bernard Obaikol-Ebitu, Former
Gender minister Gabriel Opio, Kassiano Wadri
(FDC, Terego) say they were not consulted
before their appointments.
Wadri says he is not a double-dealer and cannot
support Dr Besigye and Mbabazi at the same time.
Also, Kalungu Woman MP Florence Kintu (NRM)
and Bunya East MP Kyewalabye Majegere (NRM)
have disowned Mbabazi’s task force, insisting
that they were not contacted prior.
However, Go Forward spokesperson, Josephine
Mayanja Nkangi, yesterday insisted that all
members of the task force were contacted.
Mbabazi on Tuesday named the 124 member
National Campaign Task force and the Go
Forward Campaign Task force, replacing the
structure he has been operating under until now
