UNBS set to conduct 4th round of National service delivery survey

The Uganda National Bureau of Statistics is set to conduct the 4th round of the National service delivery survey in all the 112 districts. The National service delivery survey is primarily intended to collect data on six key sectors of Health, Education, Agriculture, Works and Transport, Water and sanitation, Justice, law and order and governance. The survey is aimed at providing information about the performance of the selected sectors for policy formulation, implementation and monitoring at all levels of governance. Addressing media during a one-day publicity programme at Rest-villa hotel, the Deputy executive director, statistical production and development, Imelda Atai Musala, said the data collection will be conducted from June-August 2015. She says they plan to cover 10,200 households targeting people between 15-49 years.
