TDA postpones selection of presidential flag-bearer to Monday.

The Democratic Alliance has

postponed the date of the

announcement of their presidential

flag-bearer after the four contenders.

The four contenders for the flag-

bearer position held a press briefing

late on Friday at which they

announced that the decision to

postpone the selection of a candidate

was made so that their respective

camps can be consulted on some

thorny issues that had come up over

the course of various meetings held.

TDA will announce its presidential

flag-bearer on Monday after the

candidates have presented a report

on their consultations to the

alliance’s summit.
