Police dismisses reports of bad relationship between Kayihura and Akullo

The police has dismissed reports of an alleged strained relationship between the Inspector General of Police, Kale Kayihura, and the Director of the CIID, AIGP Grace Akullo.

There have been reports in the media suggesting that there is a serious misunderstanding between General Kale Kaihura and Grace Akullo over police’s handling of several investigations.

Police spokesperson Fred Enanga says the reports are aimed at diverting the on-going investigations into sensitive cases.
