Mbabazi doubts fairness of 2016 polls.

Amama Mbabazi has cast doubt on
the prospect of having a free and fair election in February.
Mbabazi says that some candidates in the race are playing on unleveled
ground with access to state resources
which they are using to stifle his
campaign.
