KCCA issues strict guidelines on placement of election posters.

Kampala capital City Authority has issued strict guidelines and regulations  for the pinning up posters within  the city in a bid to avoid littering.

KCCA Executive Director, Jennifer Musisi says posters will be restricted

in some areas and banned in others.
