KCCA has locked up over 300 businesses in Kampala

Kampala capital city Authority has this afternoon locked up over three hundred businesses in Kampala. The affected persons are those that have been operating without paying operating licenses.
Many businesses where their owners have been residing in the premises have been placed with KCCA seals, leaving many of them stranded.
