green light to the civil society groups
to educate Ugandans about the
electoral process ahead of the 2016
polls.
During the sensitization work-shop for
the educators at Hotel Africana on
Monday morning, The EC chairperson,
Eng. Badru Kiggundu launched the
manual for civic education.
