Bwanika seeks 4 financial support from public.

THE People’s Development Party (PDP) president
Abed Bwanika has called upon Ugandans to offer
him financial support for his presidential
campaigns.
Bwanika revealed that his budget outline for the
campaigns is over sh20b and needs financial
assistance from all his supporters and well-
wishers.
He added that the Electoral Commission had
already informed candidates that they will not be
receiving any money to support their campaigns.
“Government decided not to give us any money
so we want to return to our people the owners
of the campaign. Please support me and if you
believe in me, do so also with your money,”
Bwanika said.
Bwanika also called upon the Electoral
Commission to prevail over government-owned
media houses to ensure that they give all
candidates fair airtime citing that many have
been giving him a black out for the past five
years.
He urged all candidates who failed in their party
primaries to join him so that they can realise
their dreams collectively.
