18 injured in Gulu-Kamdini accident

18 people are nursing severe injuries at Lachor Hospital in gulu , after they were involved in a bus accident in Minakulu sub county in Oyam district.

The accident took place along Gulu- Kamdini-road when a Victory bus registration number UAT 596H, heading to Juba from Kampala,veered off the road and over turned.

Aswa regional Police commander Jimmy Patrick Okema attributes the accident to over speeding.
He added that the passengers who survived the accident have been referred to St Mary’s hospital Lachor for treatment.
