Youths arrested at Parliament as they tried to deliver petition to Speaker.

About 20 people from different
political parties have been arrested as
they tried to make their way into
Parliament to hand a petition on
electoral reforms to the Speaker.
Most of those arrested are from the
Forum for Democratic Change, whose
flag-bearer Kizza Besigye has been
demanding for electoral reforms
before the 2016 general election.
