We want a smaller government – Besigye.

We want a smaller government, why
should we have 80 ministers, we want only 20
ministers. We have 400 members of Parliament,
our plan is having only 100 sitting members of
parliament.
Agriculture must change, the farmers plough the
land but end up with nothing to eat.
Uganda is one of the richest countries
but we Ugandans are among the poorest. The
people of Uganda have been reduced to beggars,
most people are jobless, the healthcare system
is broken. Our country is in captivity, our country
is in the hands of man eaters.
