-Wafula on failed Amama-Besigye talks.

The opposition coalition, The Democratic Alliance (TDA) will move on to have two candidates nominated  on 3rd and 4th November following failure  to agree on a joint presidential candidate in  the latest talks  Kizza Besigye and  Mbabazi.

The leader of opposition in parliament, Wafula Oguttu  also spokesperson for the TDA, revealed.

Yesterday’s meeting-a follow up of similar meetings  held earlier in Nairobi and UK, had to be  adjourned.

In the meeting, FDC proposed that both candidates  test the ground after nomination and then  two sides meet again to review the situation . The Go Forward team said they would to  go back and consult on the proposal.

Amama Mbabazi and Kizza Besigye are expected to  hold a series of meetings today despite strong opposition  within FDC as members oppose single candidature .
