Uganda Police signs training MoU with Italy

Uganda and Italy have signed a Memorandum of Understanding that will see the Uganda Police Force receive three helicopters and training for its officers to fight terrorism.

The Inspector General of Police General Kale Kaihura signed the MoU with the Commander of the Italian Police Tullio Del Sette at the Police headquarters in Naguru in Kampala.

Del Sette further pledged continued Italian support towards professionalizing the Uganda Police Force.
