President Museveni has retireted his statements that there is no one who can disrupt peace in this country . This in a press conference held at his country louge in Rwakitura where he emphasises that .

Meanwhile ,  Museveni has warned against attacks done on different people who are found wearing NRM T- shirts that this is criminal and perpetrators have to be punished .

He has ordered the Inspector General of Police to follow up such criminals. Musseveni has assured Ugandans of tight security during elections accusing his opponents of preaching threats to violence which cannot happen .
