A man in Kagadi town has been electrocuted as he spoke on his smart phone while it was charging.

The deceased identified as Mugisa Vincent is a resident of Kagadi town located in Kibaale district.

He also urges Uganda National Bureau of Standard (UBOS) to be keen on the electric appliances on the market since majority of them are fake.
