Agriculture ministers from the six African countries are gathered in Entebbe to discuss how to control the destructive locusts and Africa black caterpillars which have turned a problem to Agriculture today.

The African black caterpillars and the locusts are very destructive to gardens and are estimated to shave an acre of maize for example in two nights.
