Former spy Charles Rwomushana , has vowed not to buckle despite the charge of sectarianism slapped on him for circulating a photo of the purported body of Christopher Aine , the aide of the independent presidential candidate , Amama Mbabazi who went missing about a month ago .

Rwomushana was picked up on Friday last week and was held for four days . His arrest came after he shared  the purported piture of Aine’s body on his Facebook page . He was released Tuesday on Police bond after being charged with libel and promotion of Sectarianism .

A tough speaking Rwomushana says the issue of Sectarianism never arose during his incarceration , insisting that the focus was on issues around the disappearance of Aine . He wonders how sectarian connects to Aine’s mystery insisting that his is a fight for equity in Uganda .
