Rebel Mps will not be allowed to vie in NRM primaries.

The Chairman of the NRM Electoral

Commission Dr. Tanga Odoi has

revealed that the so called rebel Mps

will not be allowed to vie in the NRM

primaries unless the Central

Executive Committee reaches that

decision.

Last week two of the so called rebel

MPs Barnabas Tinkasiimire and

Theodore Ssekikubo picked forms to

vie in the party primaries.Kampala

Central MP , Mohammed Nsereko has

indicated he will run as an

Independent while Ndorwa East

MP,Winfred is yet to declare his

intentions.At the heart of the dispute

between the four Mps and the Party

are two court cases one in the

Supreme Court is challenging their

removal from Parliament and another

at the High Court challenging their

expulsion.The party also concluded

the process of the picking of forms

for those aspiring for new

constituencies.
