President Museveni to Start 2016 campaigns in Luweero.

President Yoweri kaguta Museveni the official NRM flag bearer in the forth coming 2016 presidential race will start his campaign in Luweero come 9th ext month.
For all the previous presidential elections, president Museveni has started his campaigns in Luweero a place he often refers to as the Mecca of NRM.
According to the NRM secretary general Justine kasule Lumumba the people Of Luweero have always been a blessing to NRM and are a guarantee to victory.
“we have to go back to Luweero where we fought from in the 1980’s and we won, so we are going back so that our ancestral spirits can bless us and guarantee our victory in 2016” says kasule Lumumba.
