President Museveni expresses concern over corruption in roads sector

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni
has expressed concern at the
alarming levels of corruption in the
works ministry, especially in the roads
sector.
Speaking in Kasese during a wealth
promotion campaign, the President
noted that the corruption is
happening with the full knowledge of
government officials, which has
resulted in road contractors doing
shoddy works and the roads wearing
out quickly.
