Police blocks Mbabazi at Kabale hospital.

Police have this morning heavily deployed at

Kabale Regional Referral Hospital ahead of a

planned visit to the facility by independent

presidential candidate, Amama Mbabazi.

They have sealed off the gate and only

patients are allowed access.

Police say Mbabazi has no permission to visit

the hospital.
