Police arrests Besigye and the driver

Tear gas and rioting is reported in downtown Kampala. And latest reports indicate that dr. Kizza Besigye and his driver have been arrested and taken to Jinja road police station. Besigye was coming from a 4GC meeting where he warned that armed civilians was a looming genocide. Meanwhile one person has been shot in the scuffle between Police and Besigye supporters around Kibuye.
