Police announces investigations over shameful Incident where policemen were filmed undressing a lady.

Fred Enanga, the spokesperson of the Uganda Police  has today announced investigations into the  shameful incident where policemen were filmed  happily undressing a lady supporting the opposition  Forum for uDemocratic Change.

Fatuma Naigaga suffered the ordeal during the botched  FDC rally in Rukungiri district. Police dispersed  the rally before the organizers could address  people who had turned up for the function . The incident brings to memory a similar incident  where Kampala Woman MP Nabilah Sempala  was nearly undressed by policemen while  on a tour of downtown Owino Market in Kampala  central business district.

It is also reminds  the country of yet a similar incident where  police personnel were filmed happily fondling  the breasts of the FDC iron lady Ingrid Turinawe . Ingrid sued government over the incident  demanding over Shs500m over the harassment  and abuse of modesty.
