Parliament to pay tribute to fallen MP Amodoi on Friday

Parliament will this Friday pay tribute to the late Cyrus Amodoi Imalingat the Toroma county Mp in Katakwi district who died in a road accident last night in Kitigoma Njeru along Kampala Jinja road.  

According to the deputy speaker of parliament Jacob Oulanyah,  though parliament will break off for recess tomorrow Thursday, a special sitting shall be help on Friday to pay tribute to the fallen legislator.

This evening during the plenary sitting, Mps have observed a moment of silence in honor of the deceased.

Oulanyah has also asked the ministry of works together with members of parliament to try and sensitize the communities on road safety.
