Parliament calls special seating to discuss new districts.

Parliament will reconvene for a
special sitting on 1st September to
handle critical business.
The sitting, called after consultation
with president Museveni, will deal
with the NGO Bill, the creation of
districts and loan requests.
Parliament is currently on recess, but
the government chief whip Ruth
Nankabirwa says they are determined
to have a full house.
