NRM Candidate Museveni spends day in Karamoja sub – region .

The NRM 2016 presidential candidate Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has spent the day in Karamoja subregion hunting for support in the forth coming elections.
Museveni who has pulled crowds has held four rallies in IK sub county ,Dodoth East constituency, and Abim town from where Mutale reports .
