No one will cause instability in the fourth coming elections – Museveni.

President Yoweri kaguta Museveni says that no one will cause instability in these fourth  coming elections.

President Museveni has been addressing the public at Kaunda Stadium in Gulu District where he presided over the 53rd independence Day celebrations.

He says that he has already started receiving intelligence that some people are bond to cause unnecessary insecurity and instability but warned them and assured the public that no one has the ability to destabilize the country because it has a backward approach for freedom.

He has blessed the people in the Northern parts of Uganda with a road construction of Rwenkuju Masindi and Rwemboot roads network in order to boost development in this part of the country.
