No NRM cards for rebel Mps

The  NRM ‘rebel’ MPs will not be allowed to register or even acquire new party cards during the ongoing re-registration of members. The four who were at one point expelled from the party are Theodore Ssekikubo of Lwemiyaga, Mohammad Nsereko of Kampala Central, Wilfred Niwagaba of Ndorwa East and Barnabas Tinkasimire of Buyaga.

This comes as NRM secretary general, Justine Kasule Lumumba, announces that the party will on Friday start the registration of members in Kampala and central region. The NRM’s membership drive was launched on April 28 in Northern Uganda by President Yoweri Museveni, the party chairman.
