Musoke Sserunjogi has announced his independent candidature as Kampala Central Mayor.

The former DP organising Secretary, Charles Musoke Sserunjogi has announced his independent candidature as Kampala Central Mayor come the next general elections.
Sserunjogi announced his independency during while launching his bid at his residence as he progressed the first Meeting to start his Campaigns.
This follows a fall out between indigenous DP members and the main stream DP where most long serving DP leader were sidelined in the recently organised delegate’s conference which resulted to the formation of the platform for Truth and Justice.
He says that he will not stand on DP ticket but enforce himself behind the platform for Truth and Justice adding that only of those who do not want the formation should avoid and don’t vote him.
