Museveni describes Sudden death of Minister Aronda as big loss to the government .

President Yoweri Museveni has described the sudden death of the Minister of Internal Affairs and former Army Commander Gen. Aronda Nyakairima as a big loss to the nation .

He says that despite dying at a very young age of 56, he had made his contribution to his country.

the president today paid a call on the family of the late Gen. Aronda at Buziga in Makindye Division to commiserate with the family . He was accompanied by the First Lady and Minister for Karamoja Affairs Janet Museveni and the First Daughter Natasha Museveni Karugire .

The president said he recieved the news of the death of General Aronda  when he arrived in india in transit from where he had been on a four day official visit .
