Museveni criticizes education officials for mistreating teachers.

President Museveni has strongly criticizedofficers in the Ministry of Education Science, Technology and Sports who are mistreating teachers .

He sounded the displeasure during celebrations to  mark the World teachers Day yesterday at Lugogo  Cricket Oval Kampala.

He also had harsh words for chief Administrative Officers  (CAOs) and other officials who have been  accused of delaying payments due to teachers  and pensioners.
