MP Mwangushio named into fraudulent sale of land belonging to the Local Communities

Kween District Member of Parliament Cherop Lawrance Mwangushio has been named into fraudulent Sale of  more than  10,000 Acres of Land belonging to the local Communities.

A section of affected persons led by Siraje Jabeti have informed the Land Inquiry Commission that an MP with other 2 of his partners grabbed their property when the  area was still under War by Cattle rustling Communities.

Jabeti pinned the Law Maker for fraudulently Tittling their Land in Ngenge Sub County,which he later partly leased to an Investor of Fol Company Limited,at initial cost of 300 million shs.

Jabeti accused the Legislator of frustrating the Verification Committee that was put up by the Lands Minister Betty Amongi to resolve the row 

He has also pinned a senior UPDF Officer Maj.Leonard Chemonges of fraudulently Tittling their Land of over 5000 Acres. 

They now want all activities on land be suspended pending investigations into the matter before they can resort to violent means in defence.
