Mbabazi sues Electoral Commission over denial of permission to hold rallies.

The legal team of presidential
aspirant, Amama Mbabazi has
dragged the Electoral Commission to
court. This comes after the EC
ordered their client to stop holding
what it called public rallies, under the
guise of meeting his supporters in his
countrywide consultative meetings.
The lawyers filed the application
seeking the courts interpretation of
the Presidential Elections Act that the
authorities at the Electoral
Commission invoked.
