Makerere University political analyst Prof. Aron Mukwaya is suggesting for a reduced number of Mp’s in Parliament.

Makerere University political analyst Prof Aron Mukwaya is suggesting for a reduced number of Mp’s in Parliament if Ugandans are to benefit from what is discussed in this August house.

He says, what is failing business in Parliament is the big number of legislators who take this position as a business where they are expecting to collect money than taking time to discuss what would discuss the electrolates. Mukwaya suggestions a parliament of not more than 150 legislators who can mean business when they stand on the flow to discuss and decide for Ugandans than being with huge numbers that are only waiting to be paid but have not contributed a thing to the development of this nation.
